Share

Hello beautiful! Without a doubt we are already feeling how the low temperatures and cold winds are leaving our skin tight, irritated and very dry.
Luckily, there are tricks and products that will help control the effects of winter on your skin.I share with you my 10 tips for beautiful, healthy and radiant skin in cold times.

1. DO NOT BE TOO CLOSE TO THE HEATING
Although it is very normal this season to always have the heating ON, avoid being too close as it dries out the skin a lot. Seek to add humidity to the environment of your home with the help of humidifiers. I love the ones that you can add essential oils to so that you also have an aromatherapy effect all day long.
2. AVOID HOT WATER
Even if we are dying of cold, bathing with boiling water is not always so beneficial for our skin since it will dry it out even more. It's not about freezing while bathing, but the best thing you can do this season is bathe with warm water.
3. CLEANSING WITH MOISTURIZING INGREDIENTS
It is very important to maintain the cleanliness of our skin even in the coldest time of the year, this will allow us to keep the pores of our skin clean and renewed so that the moisturizing products we apply penetrate deeply. I recommend using body soaps with moisturizing ingredients as well as cream facial cleansers that avoid drying out your skin.
4. BOOST THE HYDRATION OF YOUR SKIN
In these cold months it is important to keep the skin hydrated and there is nothing better than enhancing that hydration using Serums.
Serums are designed to help the skin retain moisture for longer and it is ideal that you apply them before moisturizing to increase their hydration effect.
I recommend that you use the Intensive Anti-Aging Serum during the day which improves the texture of the skin, increases hydration and improves the appearance of expression lines thanks to Quinoa and Hyaluronic acid.
At night you can apply the Perfect Tone Serum based on Quinoa and vitamin C to keep the skin hydrated for longer and help unify the skin. tone of your skin.

5. A YES FOR MOISTURIZING CREAM
In colder seasons it is essential to use a moisturizer that manages to retain the skin's moisture for longer. The Day Moisturizer with Quinoa and Green Tea manages to retain skin moisture for longer while helping to regenerate the skin, improving elasticity and shine.

6. REMOVE DEAD CELLS
You always ask me: Should we exfoliate our skin in winter? The answer is yes. The greater the dryness, the greater the accumulation of dead cells, so it is important to include an exfoliation once a week during this time to eliminate impurities and improve the absorption of hydration products.
7. PROTECT YOUR LIPS
In this season it is normal for the lips to suffer more and not only because of the weather, but also because of the use of masks, so I recommend that once a week you should do a gentle exfoliation on your lips and apply a natural oil to keep them moisturized.
8. APPLY SUNSCREEN
Regardless of whether it is winter time and the sun cannot be perceived as intensely, it is important to apply a sunscreen that also helps retain skin moisture and protects it from the cold.
9. AVOID EXCESS OF ALCOHOL
It is important to moderate alcohol consumption since this causes the blood vessels to close and this worsens all the manifestations of the cold on our skin.
10. INCREASE WATER AND FRUIT CONSUMPTION
It is ideal to continue with a diet that promotes the hydration of our body. Nuts and fruits rich in vitamin C such as almonds and strawberries can help us, without forgetting the daily consumption of water.
I hope you like these tips, find them useful and start applying them this season. Write to me if you have another tip that you want to share with us. I will be happy to read you.
