Create your support network
In moments where you feel that things are getting out of control and you cannot control your thoughts, seeking help from a specialist or turning to your family and friends will always be the best option.
Include in your support network people who can help you find a positive outlook on a difficult situation and who are there for you when you need it most.
Improve the quality of your sleep
Anxiety and negative thoughts can increase if you don't sleep well. Improving your quality of sleep will allow you to rest better and be able to analyze stressful situations in a better way.
So if it is difficult to sleep, avoid electronic devices, read a book or drink a tea or aromatic before going to bed to have a better quality of sleep.
Recognize the blessings of everyday life
Every day you have something to be grateful for. Especially on difficult days, find the blessings of your day. There will always be a happy moment to be grateful for.
Transform your thinking
Identify when you are falling into a cycle of negative thoughts, at that moment try to counteract one negative thought with two positive ones to transform the feeling of sadness and anxiety that this may generate.
