Today I share with you 10 steps to learn to love yourself, they are not the only ones you can apply, but I do assure you that they are the ones that I have practiced and they have brought great benefits to my life.
Leave criticism aside
We can always be better, but if we only focus on what is missing or what we feel is wrong with us, we are not going to move forward either. Keep in mind your triumphs of the day and the progress you have made to be where you are.
Highlight your qualities
We all have abilities, strengths and qualities that we must recognize. If you don't easily identify them, ask your family or friends: What quality do you see in me? This is a very powerful exercise, you will be surprised at all the positive things they have to say.
Avoid comparing yourself
I do not mean by this that you do not seek to be better, what we should not do is evaluate our process compared to others.
Each step, each path and each time is individual and does not define whether you are wrong or right. Trust the steps you are taking and the decisions you make to build the path you want for your life.
Give yourself beautiful words
Saying nice words to ourselves is the greatest act of self-love we can do. Especially in those bad moments where we feel that we are not worth much. Well let me tell you that you are worth a lot! What nice word will you say to yourself today?
Build a circle of positive support
Surround yourself with people who bring positive things to your life, who are the ones you can turn to in times of distress and who are always willing to give you a better perspective of the situation and remind you how valuable you are!
Work for your dreams
Don't let your dreams and goals accumulate in a trunk. It is important that you give space in your agenda each week or month to be able to work on all the desires that are in your heart.
Learn to say ''NO''
It is impossible to please everyone and it is very healthy for you if you learn to set limits, especially when you know what to say if it is going to generate stress and a very great emotional burden that you are not willing to do. To take.
Do more of what you like
For some people it will be exercising, others dancing, cooking, singing, etc.
Choose that activity that brightens your day or your week and try to do more of what you like. When we reserve those happy moments in our agenda, your mood will completely change.

Reserve a space for yourself, a moment where you can do a ritual and pamper yourself. I love the space that I reserve every day to take care of my skin, it is a routine that has transformed me inside and out and I love it when in those moments I light a candle and feel as if I were in a spa in home.
Communicate what you think
Your opinion is very important and it is useless if you keep everything you want to say and feel. Learn to say what you think regardless of what others may think. Your ideas and opinions are worth a lot!
