My favorite flavored water recipe

Many years ago, I started drinking natural flavored waters that completely changed the way I consume water today, and I can tell you that I can drink more than 8 glasses a day!

Agua de Pepino

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lemon or lime
  • ½ Cucumber
  • Fresh mint
  • Peppermint

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and reserve some mint and mint leaves to taste (as much as you want.
  2. Add the sliced ​​cucumber and mint and spearmint leaves to a jug of water. Once the ingredients are in the water, add the lemon or lime juice (the amount you want).
  3. Reliably reserve this mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours and start consuming. As time goes by the flavors will intensify. When serving you can add ice to make it more refreshing.

Me encantan las aguas saborizadas, además yo le adiciono sandía y queda super refrescante. Pero no lo había probado con Hierbabuena lo voy a intentar.
