My favorite flavored water recipe
Share
We have heard that many people and even doctors recommend drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. And although we recognize all the benefits of water for our health, it is often difficult for us to follow this recommendation.
Many years ago, I started drinking natural flavored waters that completely changed the way I consume water today, and I can tell you that I can drink more than 8 glasses a day!
If you find it difficult to drink water and want to experience a very refreshing drink with citrus touches and many health benefits.
Then this recipe is for you!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lemon or lime
- ½ Cucumber
- Fresh mint
- Peppermint
PREPARATION:
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices and reserve some mint and mint leaves to taste (as much as you want.
- Add the sliced cucumber and mint and spearmint leaves to a jug of water. Once the ingredients are in the water, add the lemon or lime juice (the amount you want).
- Reliably reserve this mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours and start consuming. As time goes by the flavors will intensify. When serving you can add ice to make it more refreshing.
Cucumber is a vegetable that I love to include in this recipe because it not only adds a lot of freshness to the preparation, but also helps us detoxify our body since it is rich in antioxidants and minerals, provides vitamin C and is an excellent ally to promote elasticity in your skin.
I hope you can enjoy the benefits of this recipe at home in just 3 steps and tell me if you like my flavored water!
Have a nice week!
